All cooking teams are required by the Health Department to have their cooking area covered by a canopy. You may bring your own 10’x10’ tent or rent the following items through NKF at our cost:

Teams registering after the September 18th Deadline
will be charged an additional $5 processing fee.

For safety precautions, any motor vehicle that is parked within the fenced event area MUST remain parked until 6:00 pm on event day, September 26, 2009. By registering as a participant in the Cook-Off, I agree to abide by this requirement and will ensure that my team members abide by it as well.

I agree to pay the registration fee and any additional fees related to my registration (ICS membership fee, table or canopy rental fees) by sending a check payable to the National Kidney Foundation 10803 Olive Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63141 or calling 314-961-2828 to pay by credit card, no later than Friday, September 18, 2009.
